Calne Running Club Fast Forward course
Ready to break through your running plateau and smash your next PB? Not sure how to boost your speed and endurance or improve your Hyrox runs?
Get faster in 6 weeks with Calne Running Club’s Fast Forward course. This course is designed to help you run faster, stronger and more confidently, with each session being led by our UK Athletics-qualified coaches Denise and Simon Nott.
Where and when
Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays from 7PM – 8PM. The first session is on Thursday 21 May 2026, with the final session on Thursday 25 June.
All sessions will be hosted on the field at Beversbrook Sports Facility, Calne, SN11 9FL.
We ask you to arrive at Beversbrook at 6:50PM, so we can start at 7PM sharp! On the first week, please arrive at 6:40PM for our first-timers briefing.
Who is the course for?
If you can already run or jog a 5K, and want to either improve your speed or increase your distance, this course is for you. Whether you’re training to shave time off your PBs from 5k to 10k and beyond, or need to improve that Hyrox performance, we’d love you to join us.
Our friendly (and qualified!) coaches Simon and Denise Nott have many years experience in competing, as well as coaching runners from complete beginners to competitive marathoners and every type of runner in between.
All participants need to be over the age of 18.
Entry fees
The course costs £25 for all 6 sessions.
If you decide to carry on running with us, we offer discounted membership to Calne Running Club for the subsequent year after the course, at a cost of £23.
