Thursday Training

Rather than schedule the training programme week by week on the website we will publish the Thursday night training session on our Facebook page the night before only. This way we can keep the training more spontaneous and appropriate for your target races and goals.
If anyone wants additional sessions to do on another day of the week to complement that week's Thursday night session, please feel free to contact Denise (Club Coach). We are more than happy to help out with training plans for specific race goals as well.
